Job Description

    Designation Pricing Executive (Air pricing negotiation)Required Experience 1 to 3 YearsTotal Vacancy 3Location Mumbai Andheri EastBudget 20 to 30 kCustomer & Airlines Orientation: -
    • This shall drive our vision to add value to the customers & airlines experience.
    • Negotiate Rates with airlines for customers to provide competitive rates to execute the shipments.
    • To resolve customer issues and support them with the best services promptly
    • Makes self fully available and takes actions beyond normal expectations
    Planning & Execution: -
    • The prime objective of this KRA is to ensure that the work of your department goes well as per the expectations of the management bestowed upon you.
    • To Secure the business with the client by interacting with them over the phone and support the sales team by quoting to clients.
    • Daily basis Calls to customers for shipments so as to increase the business & a report of the same must be prepared and shared with the reporting manager.
    Process Development: -
    • The objective of this KRA is to ensure that all the processes set up for the department have been adequately carried out:-
    • To ensure that the maximum shipments are confirmed on our Preferred airlines as per the target sheet, to ensure that Multiple airline options have been given to the customer out of.
    • which our preferred airlines must be there in the quote.
    • To identify the reasons for Shipment Lost & ascertain the way the same can be materialized, timely information of the Same to Airlines/Customers as the case may be.
    • Follows the set processes within quality guidelines of senior people
    • Understands and appreciates the importance of process and make sure details or uncertainties are confirmed by asking superiors.
