  • Individuals in this team are responsible for the day to day account and relationship management of FX, Rates, Fixed Income Prime Brokerage and Client Clearing clients
Business
  • Individuals in this team will support the Prime Services Business
Processes
  • Perform portfolio analysis to calculate margin and fee requirements
  • Onboard clients to the Prime Services offering and provide client training
  • Provide day to day support of clients trading activities and monitor credit limits
  • Provide relationship management by conducting regular client reviews
  • Communicate impact of financial market regulation to clients and work with internal teams to provide solutions
  • Work with regional and global teams to facilitate a follow the sun model
  • Work with the Prime Services business and technology/project teams on new product offerings
Risk Management
  • Adherence to key processes and control requirement
  • Investigate and resolve problems that occur
  • Provide Business Continuity Planning and support
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.] *
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking / IT industry and proven track record in client services in the area of OTC financial products, collateral and valuations, capacity planning and process management.
  • Expert in FX and Rates prime brokerage
  • Expert in Fixed Income Prime Brokerage
  • Expert in Client Clearing
  • Analytical mind with strong business planning acumen and capacity management
  • Familiar with hedge fund/real money fund/investment bank operations
  • Be able to work under own guidance, whilst having to deliver on key risk issues, within given time constraints.
  • Ability to put forward constructive feedback on cases and issues.
  • Academic background in Commerce, Business, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering preferred
