Job Description

The Lead level is viewed as an expert in IT systems architecture. Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Makes well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture issues. Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team. Acts as a resource for direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff.   • Support the implementation of the WK Enterprise systems for the TAA countries including SAP, Salesforce, Pardot
  • Work with the countries to develop the Enterprise Architecture vision for Europe
  • Responsible for leading the delivery of the Architecture designs and solution strategy for the Enterprise systems
  • Responsible for technology evaluations and recommend solutions to effectively meet the strategic needs of the DCE program
  • Ownership of the Master Data management as it relates to the Tax and accounting systems working with internal business partners to govern what is delivered from a consistency and quality perspective
  • Engaging with Internal Partners, Developers, Architects, Product Managers and Project Managers to facilitate the delivery of Cloud applications for the local markets
The following skill set is required for the role:
  • A minimum of X Years of enterprise architect experience
  • Understanding of enterprise Architectural Principles and how they Influence design
  • Solution Architecture including the application development and Infrastructure aspects
  • Solid experience in integration of Enterprise scale systems e.g. SAP and Salesforce
  • Deep experience in Architecting CRM system using Salesforce is preferred
  • Experience with platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
  • Experience in Emerging technologies including Serverless Architecture, distributed computing, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML
  • Well versed in building product-quality software on native cloud platforms
  • Understanding of high availability, Multi-region cloud architectures using virtual networks, availability sets, affinity groups as well as DevOps pipelines.
  • Solid grasp of modern technologies and integration architecture disciplines such as hybrid cloud, API s, streaming technologies, event-driven systems, self-service data platforms and analytics
Solid understanding of cloud security, Active Directory, Federated AD with Market leading SSO solutions.,
