Job Description

    One of our clients in Housing finance is looking for Business process manager . Please find the JD belowJob Decription : End-to-end process mapping in collaboration with the process owners and identify gaps if any in practiceSole Responsible to create and drive Value Stream Mapping of all critical processesIdentify Business processes for standardization, establish/Draft process documents viz., SOPs with process owners and set up process for version control, distribution, etc. Process Documentation for various Internal & Operational DepartmentsTo measure current process control through various process dip check against the SOPs & drive process adherence/ change across departments under purviewBased on the above process mapping drive the process controls and changes to enhance productivity through FTR and TAT reduction projectsSole responsible for implementation of PFMEA (Process failure mode effect analysis) in across the organization.Ensure proper implementation of processes via process auditsJob SpecificationGraduate in any stream, MBA in Finance / Quality Management or M.Com is preferredWorking knowledge of SixSigma, ISO, Quality Control Tools, Knowledge of quality control tools like Kaizen, KANBAN FMEA, SIPOC, COPIS etc is preferredIn depth knowledge of ISO & play vital role in implementation ISO certification in organizationHands on experience on problem solving approach through statistical analysis, Lean management and SIX SIGMA.Abillity to quickly understand the processes in depth vide learning through system, observing processess, audit reports and in-person meetingsAbility to qiuckly adapt to changing situations and find leakages in the process adherence in order to bridge the gap ands improve productivity, redude cost and stressKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEEducational QualificationsGraduate in any stream, MBA in Finance / Quality Management or M.Com is preferredAdditional Certifications/Trainings (desirable)Certification / Training of SixSigma, ISO, Quality Control Tools and Knowledge of quality control tools like FMEA, SIPOC, COPIS etc is preferredPrior ExperienceMinimum 5 years experience in process mapping & measurement, gap indenfication, process engineering, process control through process quality audit, running process excellence projectsDomain KnowledgeBFSI - Housing Mortgage Loans preferredIT SkillsExcellent Excel / spread sheet skills, advanced excel, Excellent Presentation skills
