Job Description

Roles & responsibilities:Conduct product demonstrations & configure the lights with Mobile app at customer places of businessExplain product features and benefits to customersAnswer customer questions and address concernsBuild and maintain relationships with customers even after demonstrationTake complete ownership of self-learning & development.Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Skill Requirements:1 - 3 years of experience working as a Field support executive or sales promotor in Lighting or appliances or a similar position in the Customer Service department.Good problem-solving abilities.High school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to travel as neededA customer-oriented individual. Good at answering questions and presentingConfident about approaching and engaging with peopleAbility to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.Preferred : Already worked in some demonstration Job of TV/AC/Appliances etc.Person should be a Tech savvy.
