Job Description

    Responsible for overall product management of Retail and MSME product portfolioincluding creation of new products, modification of existing products, pricing, marketintelligence, budgeting and achievement of yearly targets. Responsible for regular and periodic review of the performance of the productportfolio. Discuss and design the modification of existing products and creation of newproducts with the various stakeholders including Risk Management, Compliance,Legal and Operations and other departments. Co-ordination with business/sales team and the IT Development team fordevelopment and implementation of the products. Co-ordination, Tracking and Monitoring the business and sales team to achieve thestrategic business objective including priority sector objectives. Plan marketing initiatives for the products to create brand image and visibilityamong customers and ensure the website is updated with the latest informationabout the products. Design and run campaigns to reach out to customers and to increase the portfoliostrength in each product. Plan for Data Acquisition and Analytics based Pre-Qualification for eligible customer base for efficient product disbursement. Design the delivery channels for efficient product delivery including legaldocumentation, insurance, due diligence, product pricing, collections, customercommunication and other requirements. Design and strengthen the incentive structure for the sales team to achieve thestrategic and business objectives for improving in volume and pricing of loans. Conduct periodic customer service meetings to understand the productimprovement and delivery improvement and assess the needs and gaps in theproduct design and to improve the same effectively. Plan and implement recovery strategies for overdue collections, in line withregulatory guidelines and legal framework. Prepare and submit MIS to Management, Compliance and Regulatory stakeholderson periodic and ad-hoc basis.
