Job Description

Candidate to have an acumen to channelize business strategy, process automation, product development and project management
Engage with risk team on portfolio management and introduce / review surrogates to supplement business Work closely with marketing / campaigns team and banks internal / external channel partners for driving high conversion
Find avenues / channels / Aggregators to add income lines for increase in database / volumes Jointly work with the relevant stake holders to develop the channels so as to enable new acquisitions, TAT reduction, enhance customer experience Optimize processes to create a plug-n-play model for integration with partners and enable paper less loan transactions
Engage with risk and collections team on portfolio management and regularly review product/policy framework Engage with front end sales teams/ channel partners to ensure product delivered has best of customer journey and pricing to add justified revenue Ensure Product seamlessly work on the platform and work on relevant enhancements on an ongoing basis
