Job Description

    Product Manager - SMECSB Bank - Mumbai, MaharashtraJob Description
    • Increase SME & LAP loan penetration to banks existing customer base, by leveraging across banking channels and customer interfaces.
    • Conceptualise and execute sales campaigns for various sales channels/RMs to help build SME & LAP advances portfolio.
    • Identification of various campaign opportunities for SME & LAP business based on credit facility/programme, current portfolio health, geographical area, industrial cluster and competition benchmarking etc.
    • Driving cross sell opportunities along with advances: Insurance, wealth management, trade
    products etc
    • Monitoring of business drivers for branch channel and periodic MIS/ business analysis reports to drive decision making and tracking.
    • Provide training and development support to increase and drive productivity at branch and resource level on various business drivers, like customer acquisition, topline, fee, NII etc
    • Ensuring adequate support to Branch Head and other acquisition channel within branch
    • Design and support various campaign for branch channel with help of Campaign manager and track the same.
    • Creation of reward/incentive programme for branch channel with the help of Campaign Manager.
    • Marketing initiatives for driving channels: Collateral, product brochures, branch marketing infra etc
    • Drive alliance/partnership with Fintech/Other FIs to support/increase business acquisition
    • Drive digital acquisition model from branches/other channels to increase business acquisition and optimise cost
