Job Description

    Responsibilities (What you are expected to do) Co-create and Co-own the product roadmap for all platforms and work with all the keystakeholders. Execute the product roadmap into actionable milestones by working closely withengineering, design, ops, sales and marketing teams. Identify key metrics and measure and track them religiously. Identify bottlenecks and create tech automation and internal tools required to improvethe productivity of logistics, sales, CRM and accounting teams. Establish thought leadership in the domain of cross-border logistics and Global trade viaproduct and technology angle. Constantly gather feedback from customers and internal teams, manage backlogs andprioritise effectively within the budget and resource constraints. Create a document-everything culture, nurture iterate-progress culture and customer-first mindset across the teams you work with. Evangelise the intoglo platform and developer APIs with vendors, customers and theecosystem at large. Demonstrate clarity of thought via effective communication and an ability to navigateuncertainty and ambiguity. Switch between big-picture mode and attention-to-detail mode effortlessly. Become a Global trade domain expert. Have a strong understanding of the customers,market, competitive landscape and global trends.Requirements (What you should have) At least 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, logistics, marketplace or e-commerce companies. Excellent communicator and strong in analytical and problem-solving skills using firstprinciples thinking. Having a combination of Engineering and Management degree is preferred. Have experience in managing a global product with international customers preferred. Have experience working closely with co-founders in a high stakes environment. Strong empathy for exporters and importers, vendors, global trade ecosystem andinternal teams.
