Job Description

    We are looking for a Chemical Operator to be a part of our team. You will be responsible for monitoring and handling the use of chemicals in the production process. You should be able to check the chemicals for its ingredients, weight, temperature, and usability.You should also ensure that all safety precautions and industry standards are being followed at all times. Besides, you should be able to identify any issues in the production processes and report the same to the senior management. In addition to this, you should be able to oversee the team members.As a Chemical Operator, you should be able to oversee the quality of the production process and accordingly suggest new improvement measures. Also, you should ensure that the chemicals are handled properly and transported to different locations safely. Furthermore, you should also check the condition of the equipment used and ensure any damaged parts are replaced/repaired.Get in touch with us if you can take up the job responsibilities.     • Monitoring the type of chemicals used in the production process
    • Storing and labeling the chemicals in correct containers
    • Weighing the chemicals and checking the temperature of the same
    • Ensuring all safety precautions and health protocols are being followed at all times
    • Identifying any issues in the production process and troubleshooting the same
    • Reporting any on-site accidents and injuries to the senior management
    • Overseeing the quality of the production process and suggesting improvement measures
    • Wearing safety gear when performing daily activities
    • Adjusting and controlling the temperature and pressure of the chemical processing equipment
    • Ensuring that the chemicals are handled and transported in a safe manner
    • Checking if equipment is in working order and scheduling repairs
      • Monitoring plant operations for signs of chemical exposures or other hazards to workers health
      • Conducting experiments to test new processes or products in order to evaluate their performance characteristics
      • Conducting chemical analyses of new products to ensure that they meet safety standards
      • Reviewing safety procedures and equipment to make sure they are adequate for the task at hand
      • Conducting research in a laboratory setting to develop new products or processes
      • Reviewing data and conducting tests to identify potential chemical hazards in the workplace
      • Reviewing production schedules to ensure that they are achievable based on previous production rates
      • Performing routine maintenance and repairs of equipment used in production processes
      • Developing new production methods or improving existing ones to increase efficiency or quality of product
