    • Experience in the Weddings, Live Entertainment, or Hospitality Industry to expertly manage social events, with a special focus on wedding decor.
    • Labor Management: Demonstrate strong labor management skills, overseeing all stages of wedding decor execution to ensure seamless and high-quality results.
    • End-to-End Execution: Plan and execute all phases of weddings, Sangeet ceremonies, and social events, from initial business development through pitching, budgeting, contract closures, meticulous planning, creative designing, and flawless production.
    • Communication: Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Clear and concise communication is crucial for turning clients visions into reality.
    • Proven labor management skills, capable of overseeing all facets of decor execution.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of event planning, from business development to execution.
    • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and partners.
    • A well-established network within the wedding industry, including connections with 5-star hotels
