    Production ManagerResponsibilities:
    • Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
    • Liasing with other engineers to develop plans that. Improve production, costs, & labour required.
    • Diagnosing problems in the production line & providing recommended that. Improving.
    • Establishing safety procedures & protocols that take the workers well-being into account, & that also minimize the carbon footprint.
    • Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering & production & sharing knowledge with co-workers.
    • Identifying, Documenting & reporting unsafe practices.
    • Drawing up production schedules & budgets for projects.
    • Scheduling meetings with relevant departments & stakeholders.
    • Analysing all facets of production & making recommendations for improvement.
    • Discussing budget expectations with clients.
    • Purchasing the required materials.
    • Creating a production schedule.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in mechanical/Metallurgy/Industrial/Manufacturing/Production Engineering (masters degree will add more advantage).
    • Proven experience of 8-10 yrs. in the steel/aluminium items design, production & fabrication processes.
    • Experience with CAD, CAM, Solid works design software programs.
    • Proficiency in MS office.
    • Superb analytical, problem solving, & critical thinking skills.
    • Superb written & verbal communication skills with our overseas technology collaborators.
    • Ability to make decisions under pressure.
    • Great attention to detail & organizational skills.
