    • Project Role Description :Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : -Experience with Banking Operations IT Service Delivery -Customer and Team Management -Manage service delivery operations in line with the contracted SLAs and KPIs -Manage a team of Technical Leads and third party vendor resources for seamless service delivery -Transitions Scale up quickly to understand customer business and support model -Possessing specialist knowledge of Banking and core banking finacle -Providing technical support to client and team Assisting with systems integrations
        • Technical Experience : -Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date -Maintaining and updating technical documents, SOPSs for service Request and procedures -Managing coordination at a local level and be available 7x24 -Experience in leading automation agenda to ensure productivity gains -Be able to infer system anomalies through alerts from monitoring tools -Managing project financials focusing on building cost efficiencies and sustaining margins
        • Professional Attributes : - Excellent communication and be able to work with client CxOs/ IT heads / Principal architects - Strong communication skills with ability align organization on complex technical decisions - Active coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and maximize the teams potential
        • Educational Qualification : Should have completed Graduation from reputed College/University
