Job Description

Job Profile

  • Preparation of project implementation schedule and project monitoring in daily basis & responsible for the completion of all documentation.
  • Discussions with subcontractor and subordinates to achieve scheduled targets and managing projects from conception, pre-production through to completion and managing project budgets and keeping costs down.
  • Co-ordinate with clients for technical, commercial and site issues.
  • Certification/Approval of Drawings, QAP & preparing documentation of project.
  • Responsibility of Quality Check & Inspection, preparation of inspection reports and ensure that the work is done in accordance with the approved drawings and is inspected and tested in accordance with the approved QAP.
  • Cost Estimation of reactor vessels, scrubbers, pipes and fitting and mixer settlers etc. Preparation of offer, proposals & data sheet and follow up for the projects.
  • Design of agitator system and reactor vessels and get approved from clients.
  • Experience in project execution including understanding specification, engineering drawings, basic design aspects, quality requirements during fabrication, erection schemes & familiar of codes like BS 4994,ANSI , BS EN 13121.
  • Having technical and process knowledge of unit operations, mass and energy balance calculation, line sizing, pump selection, P&ID, PFD and also site experience &erection of heavy Mechanical Equipments, storage vessels, scrubber, pipes and fittings,
    • Design, Manufacturing, Erection & commissioning of Reactors with Agitator System)
  • Manufacturing & Erection) Design, Manufacturing, Erection & Commissioning of Reactors vessels Fabrication, Supply & Erection of Pipes & Fittings for Trouble shooting, Supervising and carry out the Production for the CBS Section in the plant
  • Study the processes and carry out necessary steps to increase the productivity and improve the process. Handling process of granulation and extrusion
  • Upgrading to the other sections of the Plant & Performing plant operation with safety interlocks.
  • Efficient handling of continuous process plant with DCS operation as well as PLC system.
  • Handling technical aspect & trouble shooting in co-ordination with Maintenance & Utility Department
