Job Description

    • Overall In-charge for the project.
    • Shall always uphold the decorum, respect and reputation of the Company and all times bear in mind that Project Manager is face of the Company
    • Involve in establishing goals and objectives at project/Site Level to complete the Project successfully.
    • To mobilize resources - Sub-contractor, Equipment, Material, Manpower with the help of Head Office support departments wherever required.
    • Ensure System implementation for sub-contracts, quality, safety environment
    • Ensuring that the project is executed to the desired quality standard as per Client requirements.
    • Tracks and monitors the progress of the Project and updates the project progress to the respective Project Director
    • To ensure that Project plan, Schedule, Budget and cash flows are prepared for the project by the concerned Associates of planning and finance teams
    • Review and approve Project Execution Plan which includes over all budgeting, resource planning, scheduling, execution planning and methodology for monitoring and controlling of project.
    • To prepare and submit MIS reports to HO with the help of planning and finance teams
    • Contract management, correspondence and Liaison with clients.
    • To involve in Client interactions, take the directions update about the work in progress and also deal with clients in getting the bills cleared
    • To manage high level negotiations with vendors, Sub Contractors or Government officials for various exigencies to ensure that all the site level targets related to work are achieved
    • As the POA ( Power of Attorney) holder shall all times safeguard the interests of the company and should not stand as guarantor for third parties
    • To coordinate with the Contracts and Claims section on all claims related issues and should try to realize the claims by convincing the client, in case of difficulty to escalate the matter to Head office for necessary follow-up
    • Ensure that quality policy, objectives and processes are clearly understood and followed.
    • Monitor and control all processes.
    • Provision of required resources for timely completion of Project.
    • Review of invoicing / realization of bills of the project and initiation of corrective action, if required.
    • To act as communication channel for project information exchange between Client, Contractor & Project Personnel.
    • Ensure compliance of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
