Job Description

    Project Head (JD):As the Project Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of architectural /Interior fit out projects from initiation to final delivery. You will lead a team of project managers, site supervisors and construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
    • Ensure effective project execution, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
    1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project managers and team members.
    1. Client Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.
    1. Quality Control:
    • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards in architectural/Interior fitout projects.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction and installation processes.
    1. Budget and Cost Management:
    • Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    1. Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
    • Proactively address issues and challenges to keep projects on track.
    1. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Civil engineering /Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in project management within the architectural fit out industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and materials.
    • Familiarity with relevant regulations and building codes.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
