    • Manage the implementation team of lawyers and ensure that all project tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
    • Coordinate with the IT team to ensure that all technical aspects of projects are properly implemented
    • Interact with clients to understand their needs and requirements and provide regular updates on the progress of their projects
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
    • Identify and mitigate risks to the projects success
    • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
