Job Description

    -
    • Preparing implementation plans using M S Project.
    • Involvement in Effort Estimation of the Project
    • Managing, and executing the projects on schedule, and creating project documents.
    • To manage a 50 people Web and dot net development team.
    • Set up systems and procedures to adhere to quality guidelines.
    • Take complete onus of all timely deliveries of projects as per the quality/scope promised.
    • Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
    • Responding to RFPs, and documentation activities such as SRS, etc.
    • Need to come out with process improvements and new initiatives.
    • Escalating challenges with /scope increments from clients to Superiors in due time.
    • Anticipating technical bottlenecks in projects well in time and escalating to superiors.
    Vendor ManagementPrerequisites:-
    • Sound knowledge dot net 4.0 & successfully designed systems using the N-tier approach.
    • Manages resources, timelines, customer interaction, and deliverables of the project (cost, quality, and timelines)
    • Should have worked/managed projects across technologies. Preferably Dot Net
    • Should have the ability to handle multiple client accounts
    • Should be a great troubleshooter in providing direction to the team in challenging situations
