Job Description

    Job location - Vikhroli.Education :- B.E MechanicalExperience : 12-15 yrsCTC - Best in the industry ( Depends on experience)Full time On-Rolls Permanent Job.Job profile :- Determining project specification by studying design drawings & client requirements.completing technical studies.- Updating of Daily Progress Report, Weekly Progress Report and Monthly Progress Report as per site requirement and attending the coordination meetings with client.- Planning the Resources requirement of Project and arranging accordingly by coordinating with Subcontractors.- Preparation of Bills for client submission and checking Sub Contractor Bills.- Estimation of quantities as per drawing and assisting in procurement as per Project planning requirements.- Problem identification and solving ability.- Control over the project plan by reviewing work, specifications, plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.- Monitor the progress of projects with respect to completion as per schedule, quality, cost, adherence to design, specifications etc.- Monitoring and supervising the tasks of field construction staff and updating it to the Manager.- Determining project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements.- Determining project specifications by studying design drawings & client requirements; completing technical studies.- Updating of Daily Progress Report and Daily Labour requirement against the availability.- Coordinating with the shuttering and steel contractors regarding the project schedule and executing it within planned timeline.- Checking of columns, beam and slabs dimensions & reinforcement and raising other checklist for all individual works and getting clearance from Consultant.- Problem identification and solving ability.- Maintaining QC audit report.
