PROCESS:1.Provide document review for all assigned projects: comparing final localized material to source material for consistency2.Compare layout of source and translated documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to standard and client specific instructions3.Review final output product to ensure highest quality on delivery4.Meet deadlines specified by Project Management / Project Coordinator, ensuring clear communication if project deadlines are potentially at risk5.Meet agreed productivity expectations and performance standards, and escalates any matter which may potentially jeopardize this with QC Lead6.Maintain TS, eTS and productivity logs, as required7.Engage with DTP regarding recommended edits to document as per client / project requirements8.Escalate any potential concerns regarding QC with Project Management / Project Coordinator9.Contribute to the development of QC processes and documentation10.Report to appropriate personnel over deadlines, formatting, language and any other issues relating to projects11.Other duties, as reasonably requestedREQUIREMENT:1.Should have good knowledge of Windows OS2.Knowledge of at least one of the following applications required: Adobe Acrobat, DocuProof or other QC applications3.Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience into QC / Proofreading with Localization / Translations or publication company
