Qualification Required: B.E.( Mech/Prod/ Electrical)Minimum Experience Required:14to25 YearsExpected System Knowledge: Quality Assurance - Leadership RoleJob Description (Along with Specific technical knowledge requirement):Must have experience of handling team of quality engineers/ Managers in the field of supplier quality, In- process/ Manufacturing / Field quality /Business excellenceExcellent analytical skills in problem solving, Field complaints resolution , Supplier performance improvement , in house quality improvementExcellent domain knowledge in total quality management , busines excellence , quality tools, 7 QC tools, implimentation of PFMEA/ bench marking , Kaizans, Pokayoke, Etc.Unabler to guide team to resolve quality & system issuesMotivate & encourage subordinate to achieve goods & targets with required quality and durationExcellent application knowledge of SPC, 7QC, tools, FMEA Control plans , Process charts, Calliberation.Good Knowledge of New product development, DFMEA, APQP, PPAP, DVP etc.Excellent knowledge & understanding of ISO-9001:2015 , IATF 16949 QMS implimentation.Excellent inter personal relationship with inhouse team and customersGood understanding of customer requirement and customer communicationOther special requirement:Must have worked in Automobileor Auto ancillary companyEffective team builderGood knowledge of business processes and management information systems
