You have demonstrated success in Analytics - preferably in Supply Chain Operations, in the F&B/QSR/FMCG/Retail/e-Commerce industry and are highly proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple stakeholders and internal business teams.- In this role, you will be a key member of the supply chain team who will work in an individual capacity to ensure seamless execution of the Digitization Strategy and lead Supply Chain Automation Projects. You will generate actionable intelligence on key areas for Performance Improvement, Develop Performance Metrics and work closely with Technology, SCM, Kitchen Operations, 3PL Partners and Supply Side vendors to and initiate and manage new projects. Your singular focus will be to drive efficiency is the supply chain function and improve its productivity through automation. You will also be comfortable getting your hands dirty in to diving and cleansing of large sets of ambiguous data.- You are a highly detail oriented and diligent project manager who has good planning, communication and analytical Skills with a demonstrated track record of delivering results in highly complex, fast paced and time bound environment. Experience in Excel and SQL is a must have. Tableau, Python and R would be an added advantage.- You will be comfortable managing large sets of ambiguous data from multiple vendors in different formats, reconciling transactions, and holding together the mandate of Product Development and Improvement and work closely with all Vendors to drive performance improvement in Supply Chain Operations.- You will work very closely with Vendors, Supply Chain and Tech Teams to ensure proper tracking of Key Performance Metrics across various supply chain. No two days are the same in this role. You will have a set of exciting new missions to achieve and deliverables will include, improving Fill Rate Performance, Reducing Inventory Sales Loss and Development of an Auto-Alert System for Inventory Monitoring and Ageing.- Being an integral part of the Supply Chain Function, you will engage closely with teams to generate actionable insights on a day to day basis and also play a pivotal role in execution of strategic projects around supply chain efficiency.- You are someone who is highly detail oriented with good presentation skills and has a flair great communication, negotiation and can work in an individual capacity with cross functional teams having conflicting priorities.Key Skills :- Analytics and Communication: You possess very strong excel, Analytical, Presentation and Computational Skills. Youre someone who has a flair for numbers and can spot trends easily and communicate relevant parts of that data to concerned stakeholders effectively to ensure execution does not falter. Youre a natural leader, comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in this Mission Critical Role that oversees network/product launch, execution and scale up.- Stakeholder Management : Youll be working closely with Technology, Operations, Internal Finance team, 3PL Partners and key vendor partners.- Your role is to ensure daily monitoring, tracking and reporting of Performance. You will not merely highlight concerns, but proactively take charge and solve them with Technology, Operations and SCM Teams.
