Job Description

    • Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist
    Skills:
    • Proven work experience in handling Reception / Front Office in recruitment or similar industry
    • Good communication skills in English and two or three local languages to efficiently communicate with candidates from different regions of India
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
    • Ability to create organized filing system
    • Typing speed of 40 WPM
    • Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Handle large volume of incoming calls / foot falls, patiently and efficiently in a polite but brisk & stern manner and forward incoming calls to concerned official, if situation demands.
    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
    • Keep track of inward mail, post & courier and ensure that it reaches the respective departments.
    • Provide basic and accurate information to candidates/visitors/customers in-person and via phone/email.
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
    • Ensure conference rooms, visitor area and entry points are well maintained.
    • Handling correspondence and maintaining records of various day to day mail which are sent or received
    • Maintain stock of stationary, visiting cards, letter heads, cleaning materials and other stationary / housekeeping items.
