Job Description

    A leading QSR - Retail client, leader in its domain, is looking for a Regional HR Manager. The role will manage West region for the company (Mumbai, Pune, other parts of Maharashtra). The brief JD is as follows:1. Responsible for new store hiring, GEL, management trainees (Campus recruits)2. Support in the hiring of associate - maintenance roles and delivery riders3. Partner with Operations on manpower planning (as it depends on location, services offered, etc.)4. Campus Hiring & Induction5. Pre Joining engagement Program city wise incl. measures like guest lectures on campuses, campus connects, etc.6.Lead employee opinion surveys for respective regions (for crew and management), review and action plan basis the results7. Responsible for qualitative analysis/ monthly report (management stability, attrition, restaurant staffing, etc.)8. Partner with Market Manager on Quarterly Business Review from people priorities perspective (this includes diagnosis/action planning/ delivering on the set people plans)9. Store Learning & Development10.Conducts training that motivates, builds competencies and improves the individuals performance and contribution 11. Develops metrics/process to track adherence to training processes across stores to ensure standardization12. Understand and be able to train restaurant managers on Disciplinary Actions, involuntary exits cases, etc.13. Grievance handling in cases of biased treatment by managers (termination, performance related, etc.) 14. People Development15.Drive the engagement calendar on a quarterly calendar (e.g. recognition events, competitions, etc.)16. Ensure execution of quarterly communication forums incl. delivery of the people communication agenda.,
