Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Capacity:Realtime Capacity Optimization of Clinical staff including Drs for all clinics in IndiaData analysis, and review for optimal utilization.Driving efficiency.Driving calendar and scheduling of patients across clinics and digital platforms through a team.Monitoring wastages and driving initiatives to eliminate under-utilisation and wastagesSupply Forecasting and planning to meet demand. Manpower planning.Revenue:Owning the revenue metrics and processes around it. This is a role with high P&L Impact.Going through the daily dashboards and identify the revenue metrics that are underperforming in each clinic. Tracking and driving improvements through process implementation.Identifying and implementing best practices/ processes across all clinics to further optimise the revenue metrics basis potentialLeadershipDriving processes and revenue achievement and managing a team of Patient counselors to achieve revenue metrics.Cross functional coordinationSkills:Excellent Analytical and problem solving skillsProven experience in advanced MS ExcelAbility to influence people. Leadership ability.Ability to plan and deliver against deadlines with a result oriented and organised approachEffective communication with the management team.
