Job Description

    Should ensure Go To Market strategy, promotional plan targeting potentialcustomers Regional manager should work on strategy to increase footfall in stores Should maintain partner eco-system by cross collaborating on marketing and salesstrategies. Overall responsibility for the development, execution of all long, medium and short-term sales strategies and programs ensuring growth via achievement of sales targetsfor the region. Achieve the set Revenue Targets for the given region by acquiring and Retainingbusiness influencers across all VERTICALS of the organisation. Building a strong liaison with business influencers primarily Architects and Designersin the Region. Establish market coverage based on population data and ensure penetration acrossthe region for all Verticals. Recruit, Train, Motivate and lead the team of Branch Managers, BDMs, Sr. BDMs,Showroom Managers to fall in sync with the organisational requirements. Plan, Strategize and implement engagement of Business Influencers and their clientsto drive high productivity at Display Centre outlet level. Managing budgets and expenses for their region, including tracking expenses andensuring that expenses are within constraints. Planning && execution of marketing programmes, new onwards, promo offers fromtime to time. Coordinating with Supply chain team for smooth execution. New Market penetration Ensure strategic budgetary plans for the entire F.Yisformulated. Regular reporting to Senior management regarding the performance of their region Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actionsExpertise/Qualifications: Post Graduation degree in business administration, management, or a similar fieldpreferred. 5-7+ years of management and leadership experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
