Job Description

    RM - Institutional Banking Sales / PCM Sales - NBFC- An organization which started more than 5 years ago by a set of ex-bankers. Starting with a single line of business, the firm has now ventured into 4 different businesses in the asset servicing space. The company provides carefully curated asset servicing solutions to offshore investment managers, Institutional Investors and accredited investors. Currently, the firm advises upwards of USD 600mln in Assets under management and USD 2.2 bln+ in assets under administration.- A separate associate company within group is also registered as a Derivative Clearing Member and clears more than 3 lac trades a day with a notional value of USD 68,000 crore; - A group also manages a RBI regulated NBFC. The group has also received IFSCA (International Financial Services Centre Authority) approval for Ancillary and trustee services at GIFT cityRoles & Responsibilities :- Its a sales profile where clearing services are to be offered to FPIs. - The profile reports directly to the co-founder.- Involves travel across jurisdiction (US, SG and Middle east will be the key markets to start with).- Conducting client development conversations, carrying out market and industry research, and iterating on product-value propositions with live client to arrive at product-market fit.- Working closely across multiple functions (product, growth, sales & across departments) to optimize and execute strategic partnerships.Require Candidate profile :- Qualification - CA or MBA from a reputable institute- Must be presentable and understand management language and can communicate effectively - Quick and Aggressive personality with good command over its job and responsibilities- Looking for stable and experienced professionals that drive business as per Management guidelines.- Prior experience with clearing house / institutional equity sales will be preferred.,
