Job description: Corporate Development Post Merger Integration Senior Analyst CorpDev is seeking a qualified professional to join the Post Merger Integration (PMI) India team as a Specialist. The PMI Team manages acquisition integrations and supports the Business teams to launch their Go to Market Joint Ventures. The PMI team drives mobilization of all front and back office teams, establishes the integration governance framework, works with the deal execution team and internal sponsors to design the integration model, directs all planning, budgeting, and execution, and facilitates handover to operations at the end of integration. The PMI team is part of the CD (Corporate Development) - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). The M&A Team is responsible for identifying and executing inorganic opportunities that advance the Firm s strategic objectives. CD M&A professional s work with Senior Management throughout the firm, across all Operating Groups, Growth Platforms, and geographies. Focus: Project Management Office (PMO) support for PMI leads across any of the 3 Markets - Growth Markets (GM) Europe (EU) and United States (US) regions. Minimum Travel Requirements in this role. Responsibilities Support the PMI lead in day to day PMO activities including: o Set-up PMO, including governance structure o Support work plan development o Schedule integration status meetings o Track risks, issues and key decisions o Assist in PMI budget development and monitor all PMI expenses o Support operating model development o Communicate with functional leads based on direction from the PMI leadership o Conduct reviews with functional leads o Coordinate deliverables with functional leads and coordinate activities between workstreams o Assist during transition to operations including lessons learned documentation o Raise PR s for project procurements Develop tools and alternative processes in a effort to make the overall program more efficient Manage PMI SharePoint site Create manage and administer the PMI project on the Internal Accenture Tool for M&A Integrations Qualifications Must possess a bachelor s degree from a reputed institute. Excellent English communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills Project management abilities Ability to work in shifts. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Strong work ethics and be organized, must be able to handle and perform under pressure (if need be) Excellent Presentation and Excel skills preferred Robust project management abilities Evidence of excellence in previous employment positions Position(s) to be based in Bengaluru India. Relevant work permits must already be in place.,
