    SALARY: 3LPA - 4LPALOCATION : Mumbai, Maharashtra, IndiaVACANCIES: 1QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate/BHMMALE/FEMALE: MaleEXPERIENCE: 3yr - 7yrJOB DETAILS Sales 1) Deliver sales target for agreegators, Swiggy, Zomato, restaurant website and direct orders 2) Analyze similar cloud kitchen, restaurants, competitors and continuously improve menu and service standards for better sales 3) Take customer feedback and drive customer satisfaction for repeat business Operations: 1) Ensure overall smooth restaurant operations 2) Manage and oversee the entire order management order receiving to delivery and logistics. 3) Check Food quality and ensure consistency in taste and portions. 4) To maintain the inventory of all the items of the restaurant and to report shortage 5) Organize and supervise shifts of delivery boys 6) Sales MIS reporting 7) Maintain client database 8) Hire, supervise, train operations team 9) Work with head chef to minimize wastages and outgoings.
