To achieve this, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) need to become service-led, creating engaging and meaningful omnichannel experiences. Accenture s Automotive Experience Decision Engine solution aims to re-imagine the customer experience, providing a data-powered decision-making engine to deliver hyper-relevant content and real-time interactions across markets and channels. It is the perfect combination of data, platform, insights and experience. By leveraging assets, industry offerings, capabilities, client experiences and talent, the Automotive Experience Decision Engine helps OEMs address challenges in customer engagement and omnichannel experience, using a value-led and data-driven approach. It is implemented leveraging a modular architecture, ensuring seamless integration into existing technology and systems. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the roadmap and expansion of eCommerce and digital channels, both organically and in new markets, by planning and implementing projects and initiatives in line with the company strategy. Drive the project management, QA and testing across maintenance and new developments, ensuring the buy-in and support of all stakeholders. Act as a partner with product teams to determine portfolio roadmap and establish successful platform strategies. Plan, oversee, and drive the launch all new eCommerce and omnichannel projects, including launches in new market, as well as new functionalities and programs in existing markets. Conduct periodic reviews of customer insights data and translate the findings into platform enhancements and revenue growth opportunities. Must have deep understanding of tech-stack; Magento and Salesforce-cloud operation and integration. Should be able to hold meaningful conversations with client during sales/presales cycle. Responsible for client relationship management, driving change management, review integration across all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. Responsible for timely project delivery with the right quality and within planned budgets. Should be good at project scope management possessing good negotiations skills for project change requests. Responsible for managing large teams Provide solutioning and eventually become a part of project delivery team. Must have Skills: Omnichannel delivery program management experience. Skill Requirement: Must have more than 18 years total experience. Key Responsibilities: - Omnichannel project management - Project tracking in terms of Financials, schedule, scope - Ability to engage with client leadership like CFO, CIO, business heads Expertise in Commerce and Marketing (techno consulting profile) Deep understanding of tech-stack; Magento and Salesforce-cloud operation and integration Attention to details - Proactive in planning - Strong understanding in MS Project for project tracking Ability to deliver the best suitable options and providing work-around solutions for the gaps.
