Job Description

    Key responsibilities :
    • Responsible for supporting Testing Lead with driving the delivery of the Testing Uplift Program within CAO
    • Support and conduct testing to ensure resiliency plans are executable, sustainable, and achieve resiliency and recovery objectives
    • Help team develop testing requirements, ensuring adherence with resiliency standards
    • Coordinate with CAO Business Resiliency Plan Managers and team to provide support for CAO Crisis Management simulation and testing
    • Assist team with providing event driven resiliency support, including Crisis Management calls
    • Support maintenance of Testing procedures and inventory of regulatory requirements
    • Analyze and maintain plan testing results and data housed in central resiliency system (ERMA)
    • Conduct test result quality reviews
    • Support Concerns Management program - CAO Business Resiliency Concerns and After Action Review Concerns
    • Work effectively, both independently and as part of a collaborative team
    • Build relationships with multiple Business Resiliency Plan Managers, Essential Service Summary Managers, Business Resiliency Plan Owners, and Essential Service Summary Owners
    Preferred Skills and Experience :
    • At least 3 years in a business resiliency or similar function (financial services industry or testing/controls/risk environment)
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
    • Ability to build relationships and provide support related to resiliency planning
    • Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of business resiliency polices/practices
    • Experience with the CAO (Chief Administration Office) organization, preferred
    • Knowledge of business resiliency policies, standards, regulatory requirements risk and controls, business resiliency practices
    • Strong presence, comfortable interacting with, presenting to and influencing senior management to accomplish team goals
    • Proficient in handling multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, team environment and ability to adapt to a changing environment
    • Fast learner able to grasp concepts from on the job training
    • Self-starter and independent execution
    • Timely escalation of critical and/or complex issues as required
    • Flexibility to work well both as an individual and as part of a team; must be able to own their work
    • Technical skills/software MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio), SharePoint and Confluence
    • Intermediate to Expert reporting/analytics skills (vlookup; pivot tables)
    • Exemplifies the highest standards of ethics and integrity
    • Holds self and others to the letter and spirit of the firm s Code of Conduct, its policies and related local/international laws/regulations
