Job Description

    Job Responsibilities
    • Build and maintain excellent relationships across Fixed Income Operations, Technology, and other corporate functions, collaborating effectively to manage the information flow and ensure successful delivery of a specific project / set of projects.
    • Supervise documentation of clear Stakeholder requirements, track deliverables with Technology partners and validate output, including end-to-end testing (planning through to execution).
    • Conduct data collection and analysis to develop recommendations for Management or to inform Management decisions.
    • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills while navigating through unstructured / undefined and complex business problems and provide optimum alternatives.
    • Play a leading role in working group meetings, setting agendas, preparing meeting materials, documenting minutes, tracking issues, and ensuring clear ownership of action items.
    • Lead new design discussions and document existing and future workflow processes, providing innovative outcomes by using suitable tools and techniques.
    • Effective risk management and appropriate escalation.
    Key Skills and Experience
    • High level Project Management experience required, including scoping, Business Case development, implementation, results measurement, and change management.
    • Markets or other related Financial Services experience preferred; An end-to-end understanding of Markets Operations, particularly in Fixed Income, Currencies and / or Commodities is a plus.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure, consistently delivering work of a high standard within tight timeframes.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail and the ability to succinctly communicate complex issues to audiences at all levels.
    • Ability to interpret data and prioritize issues, communicating to Senior Management and key Stakeholders regarding resolution plans and expectations.
    • Intermediate / Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience with emerging technologies and the latest tools like macros, Alteryx, Tableau is a plus.
