Job Description

    As a member of our Software Engineering Group you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You ll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what s being developed.Description This position is for a Full Stack Developer for Fixed Income Technology group, part of the Investment Bank. This is a hands-on technical role. The candidate should be comfortable working with Javascript, ReactJS, Java, Springboot and other related technologies. Should be able to design complex components, work independently and collaborate with global team members as required. Work directly with line of business developers to gather requirements, understand business context and translate this into a set of work items for delivery. Enhance the team by demonstrating best practice throughout the software development lifecycle: testing, code review, accurate status reporting, focus on application resilience and operability as per JPMC technical standards. Provide level-3 support to troubleshoot production issues and assist users with their queriesWhat we need from youAptitude in application designing, development and testing for backend server development. Knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Collections and multi-threaded programming skill. React and JavaScript experience Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Experience with build tools ant/maven will be an advantage. Familiarity with Unix/Shell scripting and Hudson/Jenkins for deployment. Experience with AWS technologies is a plus,
