    Greetings from Smart Edge HR Solutions!!Excellent Job opportunity for the position of Recruitment Head (West) with a leadingHousing Microfinance organization in Mumbai.Please find below the Job Details for your reference.Job Profile: Recruitment Head ( West Zone )Location: Lower Parel MumbaiJob Responsibility:Plan and Drive recruitment process through the team for the entire west zone for End-to-end recruitments into Lateral, volume, and Leadership hiring.Handled recruitment for top & middle Mgt for the west zone.Shared job descriptions with vendors and candidates of internal referrals.Coordinating Interviews with the Hiring managers.Arranged interviews with business Managers and candidates.Updated the companys database to maintain a detailed record of candidates.Taking HR rounds of candidates, Compensation discussion, Salary Negotiations, Making Grade FitmentCompensation making and discussion basis benchmarking of mean median mode throughout the organization, seeking approvals from HR heads.Keeping heads on with business requirements and getting business heads in line and MIS updation.Scheduling Interviews, blocking calendars and VC rooms for Interviews to be conducted through the team.Performed background check verification and reference checks through the team.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Team handling experience.Preferred :Excellent knowledge of the End-to-Endrecruitment process.Preferably having experience in Microfinance or Housing Industry.Team handling Experience.Good computer skills and excel knowledgeDesirable candidate:The individual must possess these skills and abilities, or explain and demonstrate that s/he can perform the essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some combination of skills and abilities.Please go through the job profile and all the details, & if you are interested then please reply with your updated Resume.Kindly share your resume at hidden_emailKindly Acknowledge.Thanks & RegardsPradnyahidden_mobilehidden_emailSmart Edge HR Solutions
