All members of a Product Teamfocus on delivering a service that is tangibly useful to the clients. A primary requirement ofanalysts at CMIE is, therefore, to engage with our customers, understand their needs anddeliver on these.Clients expect CMIE to deliver a robust, comprehensive and up-to-date database. The analyst isexpected to ensure that CMIE delivers such a credible database in its products. To do this, theanalyst is expected to build and maintain a comprehensive database. More importantly, theanalyst is expected to build and deliver the knowledge of such a database including its sources,uses and limitations, and their changes over time.Database building at CMIE is a very finely honed art. It is not the equivalent of punchingnumbers into a spreadsheet. We build very large databases that involve several complexalgorithms and processes. The analyst is expected to gain complete mastery over these, enrichhis/her own knowledge, contribute to the further enrichment of the same and use thisknowledge to enhance the users experience.Analysts are expected to interpret the data using statistical tools, make credible forecasts andwrite reports in clear jargon-free Englishall with a view to help the customers.Qualifications required The desired candidate should be a graduate/ post graduate with specialization in Finance Must possess robust analytical and communication skills The candidate should have a good understanding of financial statements of companies,ratio analysis and basic economicsCompensation PackageRs.3,50,000/- to Rs.4,50,000/- per annum depending on candidates skills and the ability to takehigher responsibilities.The selection process involves a written test of 100 marks followed by a personal interviewWritten Test BreakupSection A -Objective Test-30 minutes-40 marksSection B-Essay Writing-30 minutes-30 marksSection C-Analysis of financial Statements-30 marks.In case the above profile interests you please share your updated CV,last drawn salary and notice period.On recieving the same we will take it further.
