This involves close interaction with members of the technology department and the divisional risk officers.The candidate responsibilities are :Technical Program Manager role including Continue to enhance and support the Qlikview Dashboards and data consolidation platform Partnering with clients and Risk Officers to understand business requirements and priorities Lead regular meetings to solicit requirements, demo tools, gather feedback and document outcomes Engaging with upstream data providers and referenced tool owners to incorporate and extend functionality. Meet with Internal Data providers and articulate exact requirements and data needs Analysing business problems and identifying alternatives and potential solutions (process and/or tooling) Scoping potential solutions and arriving at recommendations Technical Architect and design solution using QlikView Lead consultant team to design, implement, and deploy solutions Track all enhancements in JIRA Oversee productions turnovers including reviewing and approving all artifacts and manage the implementations into productionContinue to deliver BAU activities while looking for ways to improve processes and become more efficient including : Inputs to Divisional Risk Committee reporting Responding to Service Now queries Continue monthly risk analysis of source code Manage the updates to the Risk Book of Work Proactively look for opportunities to increase team efficiency and highlight control gaps in the environment through the exposure to risk officers and data analysis, *Required Skills Experience in designing / architecting data stores Possess a strong background in management of Technology related projects Experience in Technology Risk Management, and/ or Audit Management Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global time zones and geography Be a strong agent for change: be able to facilitate and influence new processes and standards that could impact working environment / culture Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and time management skills Strong sense of ownership and accountability Managing (internal) client relationships and working as part of a distributed team. Highly motivated; ability to drive project deliverable(s) to delivery/ lead meetings with cross functional and cross level participation. 7+ years of work experience in Technology with prior risk project/program management Core competency in MS Office suite skills; ability to draft succinct and impactful PowerPoint decks (with appropriate level of detail for a given audience), ability to extract, aggregate, and report on data in Excel Ability to articulate key points clearly and succinctly in meetings and 1:1 Ability to define a proposed plan/ approach based on an initial scope of work Ability to work within an open, consensus based organization Ability to manage and interact in a matrixed organization is essential Individual must be able to multitask effectivelyDesired Skills Knowledge of Qlikview, JIRA, scripting languages, Databases, AutoSys
