Job Description

    Given below is job description of RPA Technical lead :- Overall 10+ years of professional services experience preferably on automation and/or integration projects
    • 4+ yrs of proven technical experience in RPA tools (UiPath/Automation Anywhere/BluePrism/Workfusion/Kofax/etc.) is mandatory
    • Ability to lead a team of BA, Developers and Testers (up to 8-10 team members)
    • Experience in leading the project end to end and complete project management for RPA projects
    • Working in an RPA tool such as Automation Anywhere or UiPath to design, develop and deploy automations to clients globally in collaboration with teams as a main contributor.
    • Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
    • Build Proof of Concepts, Demos for the business cases suggested by Sales Team
    • Attending meetings with business development team and acting as a technical expert throughout the journey of winning a deal and delivering the same
    • To be able to come up with ideas based on clients needs and turn that into a potential product/platform opportunity
    • Presenting technical proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team
    • Strong in requirement gathering and analysis (ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind).
    • Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess automation feasibility.
    • Analyze, understand and document the business processes in detail to develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows
    • Identify and communicate automation strategy and technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions along with timeline estimates and assumptions/dependencies.
    • Create, review and maintain documents like BRD, PDD, SDD, User manual, Test Cases, Training Material and KT Documents
    • Solve issues that arise in day to day running of IPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required for any project
    • Work within project planning constraints, communicate any identified project risks / issues accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process while leading a project
    • Support the team during the UAT and rollout phases. Experience in Test-driven development is highly preferred.
    • Hands on development experience & certification in any of the programming languages/platforms .NET / C++/ J2EE / Python / R.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (with Macros, VBA scripting), MS Visio, MS Access, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
