    • Required Qualification: ADIS/PDIS/NEBOSH

    1. Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and eliminate potential hazards in the workplace.
    2. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    3. Provide safety training to employees, emphasizing the importance of adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
    4. Investigate and analyze accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    5. Collaborate with department heads to ensure that safety measures are integrated into daily operations.
    6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
    7. Lead emergency response drills and ensure that employees are trained and prepared for various emergency situations.
    8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of safety-related incidents, training sessions, and inspections.
    10. Conduct safety meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and promote a strong safety culture.
