(Free Job)Job Post : Retail Sales Associate (Counter sales staff)Education Minimum 12th pass required.Valid Passport Mandatory.CTC budget - Fixed CTC upto Rs. 1.80 LPA to 2.20 LPA (depending on Educational qualification & work experience)+ Huge Incentives + Hospitalization Insurance + Accident Insurance.Retail sales experience preferred (not mandatory), freshers also can apply.Excellent communication skills required (proficient in spoken English language)Good personality.Working Time @ International Airport : 08:00 P.M. to 08:00 A.M. & 08:00 A.M. to 08:00 P.M.Required to work in Day & Night shiftFor ExampleIf Monday shift of 08:00 A.M. to 08:00 P.M. (DAY)Tuesday shift will be at evening 08:00 P.M. to 08:00 A.M.( NIGHT)Wednesday & Thursday OFF(HOLIDAY) & SO ON.(1 Day Day shift, 2nd day Night Shift, 2 days off (Holiday) after every 2 shifts duty and so on)Mandatory : 8 Days Night Shift. Working Days : Approx 18 to 19 days in a month ONLY.Job Description Sales Associate :Maximize sales while providing excellent customer service. Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions in line with company procedures. Perform all other sales, service and merchandise presentation related duties necessary on the shop floor to consistently present luxury shopping environment toCompanycustomers. Be familiar with the company objectives, understand ones own contributions and ensure achievement of those Requirements for profile. Exhibit a positive, friendly & helpful attitude with customers and be sensitive to their needs. Keeps update of new product information and upcoming product promotions. Maintain counter area displays of merchandise in an orderly and attractive manner.
