Job Description

    The Role :The role focuses on Cold Calling to Senior Management Officials/Business Heads/HODs of prospective companies, Lead Generation & Sales Management, for Logistics Freight Forwarding services.
    1. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls(Around 30-35 calls per day) to Senior Officials/Business Heads of target companies.
    2. Data gathering, lead generation and following up on lead engagement.
    3. Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
    4. Understanding the need of the customer and recommending similar or better solution for product if required
    5. Checking for best quotes in the market and sending Quotation to the prospective customer
    6. After sending quotation, following up with customer for business confirmation & negotiation if needed
    7. Helping and supporting the sales team to convert prospective customer into a confirmed customer
    8. Helping sales person in outdoor sales
    9. Answering potential customer enquiry questions and sharing useful information.
    10. Keeping up with product and service information & updates
    11. Creating and maintaining database of current and potential customers
