Job Description

Managing the sales operations & developing new clients.
Should interact with International client and generate the business.
Contacting prospective clients, enhance the business by generating business from new clients achieving consistent profitability
Follow-up for sales inquiry and submission of samples
Regular Follow up for the payments
Ensure efficient handling of customers and maintaining high standards
Managing Customer conflicts and client retention
Shall be responsible for day-to-day sales operations ranging from client meetings, inquiry, quotations, trials, negotiations, order finalization and collections for customers in assigned regions/territories.
Payment follow-up with buyers Maintaining Parties ledger account.
Take part in market development through e-mail, phone calls, scheduling appointments, cold calls, and exhibitions to get new customers
Studying the market in the target country or countries.
Planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges.
