JOB DESCRIPTION:This role holder would be responsible for overall Sales and P&L for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. This incumbent would be largely handle a sales volume of 55 bn and an overall revenue of INR 900 CrReporting to Regional Sales Head India + ROWTeam size 2 direct reports with total team size upto 25 associatesQualification BPharm + MBA from a reputed B-schoolExperience 15+ years of experience in Pharma industry, API or excipient, out of which at least 10 years should be in B2B sales. The current experience of the candidate must be B2B. We would prefer a candidate who has handled Bangladesh region in past. The candidate should have handled a business of at least 500 Cr and should have experience of handling a team.Industry to be looked at pharma, API, excipients. Formulations industry is to be avoided as they are mostly into B2C segment. You can look for companies where pharma industry is their customers or you can also look for companies who provide parts/ingredients to pharma industries.
