    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forSales ManagerOverview:Follow up on all business inquiries and leads and qualify business to generate roomnights and impact RevPar performanceNegotiate guest room rates, and hotel services within approved booking & profitability(margin management) guidelinesIncrease profitability within margin management guidelines by delivering single ormix of available productsWorking with operations team to ensure all enquiries/converted leads are actionedefficientlyContribute to the development of organization value proposition through effectiveprobing and understanding of the customers business model and competitivelandscapeCollaborate with marketing in preparing participation strategy and implementingspecial promotions related to direct sales segments for both individual and groupclientsDevising & implementing improvements for excellence including collecting customerfeedback and reviewing/revising customer sales experienceCollaborate with Pre-sales consulting and Product Management Team to stay awareof the market trend and product knowledgeResponsible for growing the sales pipeline by identifying business prospects throughattending trade shows, conferences and industry meetingsPlan and execute sales trips, sales call and apparent client site visitsSupervise support staff in the planning, administration and execution of select clientevents and other sales promotionsAchieve monthly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including sales calls,prospecting calls and corresponding funnel requirementsHaving ability to do the new business development and achieve desired goals.Executing cold calls and email campaigns to generate new sales prospects.Identifying new business opportunities and engage with prospects.Nurture existing relationships with the Travel agencies and Consolidators.Maintaining up to date knowledge about competitive positioning in the marketplace.Meet or exceed quarterly business development objectives.Effectively manage the assigned territory to maximize business potential.Preparing and giving sales presentations to prospective customers.Regards,HR Team
