Job Description

    Execute the sales and marketing strategies as part of selling process. The incumbent must use consultative sales methods to influence a variety of audiences like Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting Consultant and Builders. An aggressive sales person that ensures the growth and profitability of the Organizations business by formulating and implementing aggressive business development plans to meet or exceed agreed business targets.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the lighting industry. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and generating leads, to drive revenuegrowth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, distributors, and other stakeholdersin the lighting industry. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team to enhance their skills andeffectiveness. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for innovation andimprovement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support salesinitiatives and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting key metrics andachievement
