Job Description

    The Sleep Company is a leading mattress brand known for its SmartGRID technology that provides a comfortable and supportive sleep experience. Our mattresses are designed to offer the perfect balance of luxury and comfort throughout the night. We are located in Pune and are dedicated to providing the best sleep solutions to our customers.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist at The Sleep Company. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, providing product knowledge and expertise, communicating with customers, and delivering excellent customer service. The role will involve working in our Pune location.Qualifications
    • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
    • Experience in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge
    • Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer queries
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
    • Prior experience in the mattress or furniture industry is a plus
    • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
