Job Description

    Position: Application Engineer ( Sales Coordinator Female )Mechanical Engineer FresherContact: HR AltafPhone: hidden_mobileEmail: altaf.shaikh@approachus.inThane WestJob Description Vendor Development for Machines:Identifying and cultivating relationships with machine vendors.Sending inquiries to different vendors and collecting quotations.Technically verifying vendor offers to ensure compatibility with our requirements. Preparation and Negotiation:Preparing quotes based on received offers.Creating and maintaining price lists for all machinery.Negotiating with vendors to secure the best rates.Compiling comparisons and coordinating the release of purchase orders. Data Management:Managing backend data for all departments using tools like Excel, Word documents, and PDFs.Maintaining various monitors, including an enquiry monitor, quotation monitor, and booking statement. Documentation and Coordination:Preparing travel dockets, including quotes sent, client communications, catalogues, and relevant documents.Coordinating with other departments such as Purchase, Planning, and Marketing when needed.Submitting various reports to Directors on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly).Qualifications:Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.Strong technical knowledge in machinery and vendor management.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.Organizational skills and attention to detail.
