Job Description

    Description:Own up the SAP BO development Responsibilities Includingo Responsible for Hands-on development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project moduleo Business Objects development on UDT, IDT, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Design Studio, Data modelling, data integration, etc.o Define and design Universe, Business Intelligence Dashboards and Reports. Develop, support and improve existing business Objects systems including both Universe, Reports and Dashboards.o Consulting / development / deployment experience in SAP BO (BO 4.0 and above)o Do code Reviews for the Team Deliverables, mentor team members from technology perspective, help improve the technical processes and incorporate Best Practiceso Strong technical resource with strong technical skills Database and scripting (PL/SQL, SQL and Stored procedures)o Hands-on experience with development using an ETL Tool like Informatica would be preferredo Knowledge/Exposure of any other Reporting Tool like Power BI or QlikSense would be a pluso Good to have exposure to Azure cloud ecosystem and cloud services offered by Microsofto Needs to develop subject matter expertise through the development exposure and be able to provide level 3 support /enhancement to the existing Reports.o Provide analysis and capability to resolve support issues.o Should have good experience in application of standard software development principles.o Maintain the required Technical documents and ad-here to the processes and best practices put in place for BO Developmento Should have strong understanding of SQL and Data warehousing conceptso Follow standard set of processes for Support, Development as well as Change Managemento Ability to work in team across multiple projects and multiple geographieso Have Good communication and presentation skillso Ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholderso Ability to identify process improvement opportunitieso Adaptability to changeWhat makes you stand out Strong Experience acting as a Gate to Review and certify if the Solution is built optimallyPrior Experience on Tableau as an Admin would be a plus
