Job Description

    • SAP HCM Configuration /process knowledge like of HCM Sub modules (OM, PA, PT, PY, Travel) , EP, SF (EP, PMGM, RCM, RMK, LMS)
    • Min 5 years of SAP HCM implementation & support experience
    • Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around HR, recruitment, payroll processing, attendance, travel & other claims, performance management, training, learning management & preferably also Enterprise portal, SuccessFactors
    • Knowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications /knowledge shall be an added advantage.
    • Hands on SAP for min 5 years
    • Strength in understanding of business processes /functionalities around HR, recruitment, payroll processing, attendance, travel & other claims, performance management, training, learning management & preferably also Enterprise portal, SuccessFactors.
    • Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various professional, technical, and support functions and to do requirement study with function.
    • Quick at understanding the business issues and challenges of org.
    • Knowledgeable on support related processes, issue tracking & management
    • Effective resource & time management
    • Suggest best practices /improvements to function and implement them with their buy-in
    • Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
    • Leads testing efforts.
    • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved
      • in a timely manner during testing.
      • Communicates needed changes to development team.
      • Assists in enforcement of /adherence to project deadlines and schedules during project execution.
      • Delivers informative, well-organized presentations and can communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
      • Should possess Good Technical Understanding and preferably Retail background understanding of POS is an added plus.
    • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
      1. SPOC - Supporting SAP application by trouble shooting & resolving quickly, effectively / escalating (if necessary) around master data and business processes related to
      • HR processes
      • Recruitment & hiring,
      • payroll processing,
      • time, leave and attendance,
      • travel & other claims,
      • performance management,
      • training, learning management &
      • preferably also Enterprise portal, SuccessFactors
      1. Leads support team related to above associated business processes
      2. Training team and end users
      3. Testing of changes
      4. Does business process study with the help of business team. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Draft RFP and RFQs, evaluate various solutions offerings from vendors.
      5. Leads testing efforts.
      6. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing.
      7. Communicates needed changes to development team.
      8. Plans effectively, sets priorities, and manages several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines.
      9. Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
      10. Maintains all documents related to project, process
      11. Creation of tickets
      12. Providing access to end users as per roles & authorization /access management policy
