Job Description

Education : Bachelor in science or in Food Technology, Culinary arts or related field in Food Technology. Experience : Candidate should have minimum 7-8 years of Experience in Industrial Food Manufacturing of snacks and Savory Foods. Knowledge of Savory Coated products, Culinary, Marinades and/or Dry mix food products preferred. Key Accountability : Qualify business opportunities with briefs from Sales counterpart/clients and to Create or develop wining Flavors for timely submission. A significant portion of the role will require developing and formulating all types of savory applications for Snacks, Topicals, Soups, Sauces, Noodles and Processed Meat & Poultry products. However, the role will require you to draw your project and people management skills to win consumer preferred Seasoning Solutions and Application Prototypes for our customers and their brands. Playing a proactive role in initiate new plans/concepts to offer consumer preferred Seasoning Solutions and Application Prototypes. Knowledge exchange with Sales, Category Evaluators and other Marketing Team to Developing regional Cuisine Concepts with Market/Consumer Insights. Required Skills Good communication and Presentation skills. Effective team player Expert tasting skills and the ability to create and adjust flavor formulations that meet the taste requirements of customers and consumers
