  • Corporate offer upgrade & new sign ups across all banking products
  • Proposition Requirement for various corporates.
  • EB Reclassification.
  • Cross Sell enablers & trackers
  • EB review deck to be maintained and discussed with Regional/National teams.
  • RWB Penetration
  • SC trophy implementation.
  • Onboarding gifts & promotional offers
  • Corporate level communications
  • Lead management through intra bank referrals.
  • Manage ETB/NTB CXO tracker
  • Dormant reactivation tracking
Processes
  • Plan Marketing budget for the channel.
  • Co-ordinate with teams for Micro Marketing events.
  • Manage all collateral requirements for the channel.
  • Roll out monthly actionable like EB Engine etc.
  • Manage Microsite in different corporates.
  • Learning & development tracking
  • Complaints resolution from frontline
  • Sales enablers design like leaflet, Edm, Standee, one pager etc.
Risk Management
  • Ensure CDD, MLP & TCF diligence and adherence to operational risk controls and procedures in day-to-day sales teams management
  • Discipline in HR and training related matters, Operational Risk Standards
  • Zero tolerance of risk and compliance breaches
  • Adhere to all policies, guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirements, reflect best practices
  • Being measured against Governance and Operational Risk review result of responsible sales units
  • Ensure no adverse findings in internal / external audit, governance and compliance review
  • To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Other Responsibilities:Customers: Affluent /Mass Market, Emerging affluent and Affluent new to bank clientele and Key Corporates (if mandated) Business Targets: As mentioned in Job Objective QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be a graduate. MBA s will be preferred.
  • Sales experience of at-least 10 years. Prior work experience in Employee Banking / B2B sales would be preferred.
  • Should possess strong people management skills, leadership skills and demonstrated track record of excellence in sales.
  • Must have managed a team size of at least 40 people.
  • Experience in handling Deposit and Asset Products of a Bank would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
  • Work Experience across multiple geographies will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills, along with the ability to work across silos, functions and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
